  • Do I need to make an appointment?
    No. An appointment is not necessary. If you are coming to find shoes to fit your orthotics, please bring your orthotic and the appropriate socks.
  • What is your return policy?
    Regular Priced Items Any regular priced items may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase for refund, exchange, or store credit given that - the item has not been worn outside and does not show any signs of wear - the item is in its original packaging - proof of purchase is presented Sales Items All sales are final, no exchanges or refunds Special Orders No refunds on special orders
  • Are your orthopedic shoes covered under insurance?
    There is no standard billing practice for footwear; you must check your coverage eligibility and submit any claims for footwear yourself. If you inform our staff about your orthopedic footwear claim, we will be able to assist you in finding the appropriate footwear as well as prepare the appropriate documentation required for your claim.
